Same day in Dubai for orders placed before 2pm, next day to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, and 1–2 business days to Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Yes — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman in 2–4 business days. Prices can be shown in your local currency.
Delivery is complimentary within the UAE on orders over AED 250. Below that, a flat AED 20 applies.
You’ll receive tracking by SMS, email and WhatsApp as soon as your order leaves our Dubai studio.

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara (pay in 4, interest-free) and cash on delivery within the UAE.
Yes. All prices include 5% UAE VAT and a tax invoice is emailed with every order.
You can browse in AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR. Payments are processed in AED at the rate shown at checkout.
Materials & care

With good care, your pieces keep their shine for a long time. Perfume, water and friction are the main causes of fading — follow our Care Ritual guide.
Every piece is made on stainless steel, which most people wear comfortably every day. If you have a known metal allergy, message us before ordering and we will help you choose.
We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, the gym and wudu to keep the plating at its best.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days in their original emerald box. Free collection within the UAE.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty or unopened.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of the return reaching us. Tabby and Tamara plans are adjusted automatically.
Gifting
Yes — write your message in Arabic or English at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on an AURÆA card.
Choose "gift order" at checkout and the parcel will include a price-free slip.
